For COD orders, customers are responsible for providing a valid phone number and delivery address and being available to receive the parcel.

Orders are shipped through our courier partner PostEx.

Estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 working days, although delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
